Goods Delivery

1. Most in-stock items are delivered within 1-4 business days. The delivery time for each item is indicated and reflects the time it will take to deliver the desired goods if they are available at the supplier's warehouse. During the peak season from October 20 to November 20, delivery may take longer due to supply disruptions, increased order volume, and other unforeseen circumstances.

2. For custom-ordered goods, the estimated delivery time is indicated next to the specific item. If there are any changes, the manager will inform the customer before placing the order.

3. The delivery cost is calculated separately and shown in the shopping cart after selecting the delivery method.

4. Once you receive confirmation that the goods have been delivered to the pickup point, they must be collected within 3 business days unless another arrangement has been made in advance. If the goods are not collected within the specified time, the purchase contract will be canceled, and the paid amount will be refunded to the buyer within 10 business days.

5. An additional fee for delivery to the pickup point may apply.

6. Upon receiving the goods, the buyer must inspect them. If any error, damage, or discrepancy is noticed, the buyer should refuse the shipment. Once the goods are accepted, they are considered to be delivered in good condition and without any defects. If the delivered items do not match the buyer's order or part of the shipment is missing, the buyer must immediately inform the seller via email at [email protected] or by phone at +37045420000.

7. No goods-carrying service is provided.

8. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. The delivery time depends on where the recipient is located along the courier's service route.

Delivery Costs

1. Delivery costs depend on the selected goods, their quantity, delivery, and payment methods. The exact delivery cost is calculated and displayed in the shopping cart after choosing the delivery and payment options.

2. FREE DELIVERY* applies when ordering a full set of 4 items marked with a promotional label throughout Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit.*

3. Delivery to the Curonian Spit requires a separate agreement.

4. Delivery to other countries requires a separate agreement.
